AI Team Meeting Workspace
Explain the product before login, then turn the visitor into an active user right after Google sign-in.
01crew is not a single assistant tab. It is a workspace where an AI crew debates like a room, and a human can step in when it matters. The public landing handles first-time visitors, and Google sign-in hands them into onboarding and then the real app.

Why split it this way
Visitors and active users should not compete for the same first screen.
This route split gives us a cleaner conversion path now, and an easier place to add billing, plans, and team seats later.
Commercial rail we can add next
Right now the funnel is open through onboarding. Later we can place payment, plan gating, invites, and seat management in this middle layer without tearing up the app.
Public landing
A first-time visitor gets the product story before the app asks for commitment.
Google sign-in
One account handoff creates identity, bootstrap context, and a personal workspace.
Onboarding hub
New users get a guided next step, and later this is where billing or plan choice can live.
Real workspace
After that, users move into meetings, setup, and archived outputs.
